Monica Redden is a seasoned management consultant who can bring her hard-earned wisdom to help leaders work through organisation issues. She has undertaken a range of projects in Australia and internationally and has learned that clients are best served by making the effort to drill down into what is really going on deep in the organisation before suggesting a program or solution.
This shouldn’t have been a surprise, but in company after company she keeps rediscovering the fundamental importance of effective management and leadership. Organisations are vulnerable if managers and leaders are not enabled to perform at their best, yet many organisations overlook training and coaching as part of their development. With her kitbag of knowledge Monica designs energizing and practical customized leadership development programs to give them the help they need to be their best.
Monica’s approach flows from her finding that planning and working together is key to achieving meaningful results. This belief in collaboration is backed-up by research that consistently indicates improved outcomes are directly linked to the level of engagement of employees. One of the main benefit of this ‘let’s work together’ approach is the confidence clients feel after the project, they know they can move things forward on their own.
Monica has an interesting and extensive network of professional collaborators around the world. In particular her business partners in Denmark and Canada have been amazing sources of insight.
In her personal life, Monica makes furniture with recycled timber and loves her shed in the back yard! She associates her furniture making with the work she does with managers and leaders; that of working with seasoned and purposeful timber that is a bit tired and can do with a little shaping and nourishment to create beautiful and useful outcomes.
