David Creelman is CEO of Creelman Research. He helps HR leaders to identify, understand and address important new issues in human capital management.
His most recent book Lead the Work: Navigating a World Beyond Employment (co-authored with Boudreau and Jesuthasan) is on the future of work and has received plaudits from business leaders. David works closely with Dr. Wanda Wallace on leadership transitions in knowledge-driven industries. He also partners with Carnegie-Mellon’s Denise Rousseau to lead a community of practice of Fortune 500 companies on analytics and evidence-based management. He also won the Walker Award for his work with Andrew Lambert on board oversight of human capital.
David has the temperament and skill to dig deep and observe the obscure by looking for patterns that might explain current status and practices. He is a great asset for clients that want to make HR a powerful partner in the delivery on strategies.
Monica and David have worked together since meeting as partners in CoachingOurselves, Montreal, Canada in 2007. They have a mutual love for music and live performances. David hangs out in many small bars and has followed the growth and blossoming of many a fine artist.
