Greg Stevens is the Principal of Greg Stevens Consulting, a specialist industrial and employment relations consulting service which he has operated since 2000.

Greg was formerly a member of both the South Australian and Australian Industrial Relations Commissions. He held the positions of Commissioner and then Deputy President.

Greg focuses his services on dealing with workplace investigations (including bullying and harassment), reviews of classification and other organisational issues, facilitation of enterprise bargaining processes, chairing various workplace consultative forums, conducting mediations and advising on industrial legislative issues. He guides leaders and executives on process and fair practices.

He mainly works with State government agencies, local government authorities, and community NFPs. All of Greg’s work is done on a transparent and inclusive basis with the involvement of employees and their unions.
Greg is a Past President and a Life Member of the Industrial Relations Society of SA. In 2003, he was awarded a Centenary Medal for Services to Industrial Relations and the Community. Greg has had a life-long association with the trade union movement and is an active member of the Adelaide Branch of the Australian Society for the Study of Labour History.
